Terms of service
MemoryCrib ยท Version 2026-10-10
These terms apply to the MemoryCrib family learning service at app.memorycrib.com. Contact support@memorycrib.com for service, billing or account questions.
Family account
The account holder must be an adult parent or guardian authorized to manage the participating children's information and use of the service. The Family plan includes up to four child profiles and all currently available learning content. Keep your sign-in account and parent PIN secure. Do not sell access, share it outside your family, interfere with other users, or submit unlawful or harmful content.
Seven-day free trial
Each account can start one seven-day trial without a payment card. The trial does not subscribe you or charge you automatically. When it ends, choose a paid subscription to continue learning. Available parent record, export and deletion controls remain accessible after learning access expires.
Pricing and automatic renewal
The Family subscription is CA$14.99 per month or CA$119.99 per year, plus applicable taxes shown before payment confirmation. Purchasing starts the selected paid billing period immediately and does not create another trial. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Stripe displays the amount and interval at checkout and processes payment.
In the grown-ups billing area, Manage billing opens Stripe's customer portal to update payment details, view invoices or cancel future renewals. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the already-paid period. If the portal is unavailable, contact support.
A switch to annual billing can charge the prorated difference immediately, with the amount shown before confirmation. A switch to a cheaper or shorter interval takes effect at renewal. We will give advance notice of price changes and explain the renewal date they affect. A failed payment can interrupt learning access.
Refund requests
Contact support about duplicate charges, mistaken purchases or service problems. We review refund requests case by case and honour applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights. Cancelling a subscription alone does not automatically issue a refund.
Your writing and our content
You retain your rights to original writing and creations you submit. You authorize MemoryCrib to store and process that content to provide the service, including the AI processing explained in the Privacy notice for those activities. That permission does not transfer ownership of your writing. Only submit content you have permission to use.
The interface, supplied learning content, artwork and software remain the property of their owners. Your subscription permits your family to use them within MemoryCrib.
Educational use and service changes
MemoryCrib supports learning and exploration. Content and automated feedback can contain mistakes and do not guarantee academic outcomes. A grown-up should decide whether activities fit their child. We may fix, replace or retire individual activities and will communicate changes that materially affect a subscription. Report service failures or inappropriate results to support.
Account closure and legal rights
Request account closure through support. We verify requests and handle family information as explained in the Privacy notice. Future subscription renewals must be cancelled as part of closure; cancelling billing and deleting learning records are separate steps. The trial ending, a failed payment or subscription cancellation does not automatically erase family records.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under applicable consumer or privacy law.
